1. The bathroom in this particular room was worn and dirty, with permanent stains on much of the tile grout and yellowed peeling caulk around the toilet.

6. The only reason I did not give this hotel 5 stars is it is getting a little worn around the edges, doors need replacing and one room upstairs overlooking the marina had a strong smell of mold.

10. While this hotel is a little old and worn and rooms could use a refurbishing the tropical decor is timeless and they keep it very clean so you do not feel that you have made a bad choice for your stay.
