2. The 3 dispensers for the soap, shampoo and conditioner are on the same wall as the shower head, but b/c the shower head is so low, it's very awkward to reach the dispensers.

6. The bathroom is very small, but there is a dressing room, which is nice and an awkward nook that seems to serve no purpose (?)We needed a few extra towels and were hard pressed to get someone to answer the telephone.

7. After I complained thoroughly, they switched us to a different room, that was admittedly bigger, but by no means made up for the fact that I now had enormous welts and was awkwardly scratching during my conference.

9. Although, I did very much like the hotel - I was very disappointed in two things: The really "not free" internet, and the awkwardness involved in getting a free cup of coffee (no coffee in the room, only tea).
