There were a couple of adequately trained staff but most were
poorly
trained - they did not address problems promptly and follow-through to ensure the problem had been resolved.

As most Kimpton properties, they tend to keep their rooms rather
poorly
lit, creating a very soothing and relaxing atmosphere, as compared to most supermodern hotels with wall to wall windows and office-like rooms.
