1. )On the down side - poor TV reception (does anyone else look forward to HBO when on the road?), aircon not working properly, no tea restocking (when the tea/teapot is part of the 'hotel's story'), no bathmat one day, missing wastebasket the next.

5. Web site advertises flat screen TVs but my room had a large old CRT-type with poor reception (not a problem for me since I wasn't watching TV but others have also noted that their rooms did not have flat screens so it appears their web site is misleading on this).
