2. I have stayed at the Topaz several times and always been very satisfied with service, location and value, but the decor and general look and feel had begun to seem a bit tired and, frankly, a bit depressing.

3. The hotel is quite nice, the room was very comfortable, clean and nicely furnished, however the bathroom is quite small and we had a room on the first floor with a direct and depressing view to a parking lot.
