1. His demeanor, as everyone's there, was very delightful and he gave me a warm welcome and let me know that if there was anything I needed to let him know and they would get it taken care of, he went ABOVE & BEYOND by checking on me and getting me everything I requested (which was an extensive list).

2. She verified the name, gave me a warm welcome, and took care of that, the whole process took 5 minutes (The Concierge's name was Ashley).

3. They have a upscale Landmark Restaurant and a beautiful library bar on site (with drink specials on great wines), which essentially takes care of all of your food needs.

4. Fold it into the hotel rate at $5 per person, I don't care, but I certainly don't want to have to bust out my credit card just to write emails that don't say "Sent from my phone" at the bottom of them.

9. Had this been a reputable hotel they would have offered to comp one of the rooms or parking, or something to at least let us leave feeling that they cared.
