9. And after 45 min on the phone with the company that sold us the room, and then walking down to the lobby on my cell (because they front desk would not answer the phone when the online company called), I found out they had lied to me and there were superior rooms.

10. Our room was very clean we had the superior which comes with a microwave, fridge and coffee maker seperate from the rest of the room which is great since we traveled with kids.
