1. Between Kina and the concierge, I couldn't believe they both went so far out of their way to help someone who wasn't even staying at the hotel and only had one drink at the bar.

7. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, when it came to unloading/transporting our luggage, and providing more towels and toilet paper in our room (delivered promptly)The pool is quiet small, but the jacuzzi / steam room / sauna are wonderful and everything was clean.
