3. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, when it came to unloading/transporting our luggage, and providing more towels and toilet paper in our room (delivered promptly)The pool is quiet small, but the jacuzzi / steam room / sauna are wonderful and everything was clean.

4. :o)At any rate, we stayed at the Wyndham/Chicago for two nights during our daughter's Spring Break week, and were most pleasantly surprised by the comfort, cleanliness, and quietness of the room.

5. My room was clean and quiet, just like the gentlemen at front desk said, however, I was looking for a little more, like I have received in the past at the WESTIN, but we wanted to give another hotel a try.
