1. A new feature of the hotel is security for the elevators using your room key.

7. No one from the staff was ever rude & the rooms were cleaned the best they could be given the situation, but like I said, the staff (besides Kartika) just didn't seem to go the extra mile & the rooms need a major renovation or at least new furniture, carpet & fresh paint.
