1. The hotel is perfectly located for the Magnificent Mile and within walking distance of many wonderful sites, bars and restaurants.

2. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, when it came to unloading/transporting our luggage, and providing more towels and toilet paper in our room (delivered promptly)The pool is quiet small, but the jacuzzi / steam room / sauna are wonderful and everything was clean.

4. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the location is excellent, and the staff was wonderful (Roman and Paul at the front desk were great, and the wait and housekeeping staff were all pleasant and helpful.
