1. Initially some people were disappointed to see that the rooms on the beach front did not have AC but once you opened up the sliding door the breeze really cooled the rooms.

2. The breeze keeps everything cool so it wasn't a problem, but you are almost on top of the water, so you will hear the waves crashing with the windows open.

3. In the A unites, the whole front wall is one big sliding glass door with a screen, and the tradewinds keep the units cool, as long as you kept the door open (and our unit had 3 ceiling fans.

6. WE rented both rooms and put our kids back there, left all the doors open and put a portable fan in the hallway to try to cool off the main bedroom.
