1. We enjoyed the small hotel feeling and friendly managers, even though we probably annoyed them with all of our needs.

2. Its right on the main road (kuhio hwy) in kapaa and the staff has always been very friendly and can give lots of good advice on things to do or not do if you're new to this side of the island.
