1. The staff was wonderful, made dinner reservations for us, gave us tips where to go in good and bad weather, gave us movies for some stormy nights, and was always friendly and cheerful.

4. The room was wonderful, the bed gigantic (California King), the board walk was relaxing and the hotel seems to be this island in the middle of busy Kapaa.

6. As we were headed to Hanalei Bay for the majority of our time on the island, the Coral Reef Hotel, ideally located just about 15 minutes north of the airport, proved to be both a wonderful spot to both kick-off our island adventure and begin our re-entry into our day-to-day mainland reality.
