7. When we arrived they were doing some construction maintenance work to the walkways in front of the condo and to the lanai areas of the condos directly beneath us, so our first impression was kind of mixed.

8. First impression was very good, large rooms, lots of stowage space, nice bedrooms (master bedroom with view of the ocean), decent kitchen with all utensils available (even with plenty of salt, oil, sugar, etc.

9. The owners of the property impressed me with their tastefully decorated and well-appointed properties (we stayed at a fantastic place they own on Maui as well - Maui Kai unit 504), and they were great to work with - professional, yet friendly and informal.
