2. We found the prices at the Keauhou shopping center's grocery store, overall, to be reasonable and the lady at the shave ice in that shopping center was very nice and very helpful.

3. Resort has many true oceanfront units, reasonably well maintained grounds, good location with gorgeous snorkeling at Kahaluu park within walking distance.

6. In the information book left by the owner she lists must sees---the japenese restaurant the she likes the best (2 miles away) is the best I have ever eaten at--and very reasonable--two people $26.

7. The best reason to stay at this complex is the good location as it is not right in the town of Kona which has gnarly traffic.

9. It does not have a jacuzzi or on-site access to food (though a very nearby shopping center, including a large, reasonably-priced supermarket, is extremely convenient).
