1. No TVs - TVs would be a plus since the evenings are quiet on the town and everything closes early.

2. It provides a reasonable amount of space, is quiet because there are no shared walls, and is an ideal space if one wants to stay in Lanai City (I can't make a statement one way or the other about the other rooms at the hotel).
