2. Location is very nice It's conveniently close to Union Square and Bart station but be aware it's also close to a very bad neighborhood known as the Tenderloin so if you're not familiar with the city and decide to stay here you better ask which streets you're not supposed to walk into for safety reasons .

3. This hotel is listed as 3 star on several travel websites, but I've stayed in a 4 star hotel right across the street that is 1000 times better.

4. We know that that Warwick can't stop the noise from the night life and hotel across the street as well as general street noise but they can certainly do a much better job keeping the room clean.

5. The hotel is perfectly situated in the Union Square area, perfect for the cable cars and other SF transport and for the price, I doubt you could do better.
