1. Having stayed in suites at several NYC hotels (incl the Lucerne, On the Ave, and Excelsior), I can say that the Wales suites are comparatively the best of the bunch.

3. I wish the gentleman all the best and Front Desk really misses him I have to say service was good but one can tell Edwin was missing not fast and knowing what you need even before you approach them and just openly helpfull as he was but still great service overall in all departments.

4. the Wales Hotel is a bit older,but everthing is in order,spottless clean rooms,very friendly staff,(from Bellman to Frontdesk)for this location reasonable-take the suite with the extra sitting area-Thursdays to Sunday you can enjoy(Summer)the Rooftop Bar for Sunset and romantic moments-wishing to have a place in one of the best locations in the world-and for Dinner you go just arround the corner to PAOLA,S- one of the best iatalien Restaurant in town.
