2. Lots of little things below par: Toilet seat had a piece broken on the lid rim, paint finish in shower room was poor, large sink was badly placed so that you had to be careful not to trip over the shower tray as they almost overlapped.

6. According to the floor schematic, it was the smallest room on the floor so my only caveat about this hotel is to careful about the size of your room.
