1. big minus: Bathroom was very chilly and unappealing, with only a standup shower.

6. During my visit (during a big cold spell) the heat was turned up too high (but I also visited a friend who was staying at the Waldorf and her room was too cold and she couldn't control the thermostat -- I preferred the extra warmth at the Wales.

7. Considering the fact that you can have the exquisite Velvety Cream of Tomato Soup or the fabulous omelettes delivered to your room, is a big plus.

8. We had the Carnegie Suite and it was nice and big with 2 flat screen tv's and a pull out sofa.
