3. I felt safe staying there with my one year old considering other good value hotels on some websites where in very rough neighborhoods and recently had bed bugs reported.

4. When i tried to complain about the room and get help to get to the ice hockey the duty manger (female) couldnt care less and no we never got to the ice hockey game :( Was a good location but that is about it.

5. Hotel Diva is in a good location in terms of proximity to shopping and tourist areas but is very close to some blocks that you don't want to walk around at night, although most tourists do.

9. Staff was very helpful, the concierge told us that he can get us good reservations if we like, free wifi and business center, an starbucks next by, close to a walgreens, and to all the action.
