1. I was given a room on the 7th floor upon check-in, but it was missing a curtain at the top of the window so I was moved to a new (upgraded) room next door which was much more spacious.

8. Rodney the concierge is great- he even let us use his phone to contact the airline when hurricane irene struck and our onward trip to new York needed cancelling and our flight rerouting.
