1. This hotel is well decorated and clean the style is lovely we had a nice room and the position of this hotel is excellant for getting everywhere.

4. positives?- Great location right in the centre of shops, restaurants, etc- The room was massive as we weren't using the murphy bed so allowed for a living room space with table and chairs- Free sake each evening in the front lobbyNegatives?- Poorly fitting and insulated windows (seems to be a common trend in US hotels.

6. Starting with the positive, we flew into San Francisco from Sydney and arrived in the morning, and we were able to check into our room instantly, which was a blessing as we were so tired.
