1. Rooms were spacious and clean, we had one in the back and it was very quiet, virtually no noise from the street out front at all.

2. We received a double room and found it to be spacious, so the common complaint that the hotel is too small is moot on this point; the double room allows for two generous-sized rooms with a door as a divider, together with a shared bathroom between the rooms.
