1. I think it's a major issue that you should solve asap, as in 2012 all professionals (even on vacation) need a reasonably fast internet connection (and are used to fiber optic connection in a hotel like yours)I honestly never saw a slower connection, in any hotel I've been in for the past 8 years or so.

2. There are any number of options for items such as pillows, coffee maker and the like.

3. All day long, trucks are backing up in the street behind the hotel and they must be large trucks because they have constant back-up beeping noises that sounds like you are spending the day in a CostCo warehouse.

4. We would like to mention especially the bell desk which is very often a weak and forgotten department in luxury hotels.

9. And who in the world doesn't like a warm toilet seat and ability to wash, dry and flush with only one touch??? The staff was superb and I had the best facial ever (Platinum Rare Facial - done by a lady called Carla )at the La Prairie Spa.
