1. In my case, I have to check out tomorrow as it's impossible to do any work, while I would have gladly stayed 3 weeks waiting from my new house to be completed.
"Wonderful, unique place, but do not expect to use the internet, which is incredible at those prices " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/21/2012 Vote
2. The new room decor is OK, although already a bit outdated.

"Better than ever " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/6/2012 Vote
4. The Bel-Air is no longer a 'hideaway' and the new restaurant may have produced a situation whereby the carrying capacity of the resort is exceeded to the detriment of hotel guests and those seeking a quiet place to exhale and enjoy the privacy of the Bel-Air culture that once was.
"New Culture " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/3/2012 Vote
5. The staff were apparently all replaced (except 11) after the two year shutdown; the new waitstaff, bellboys, and cleaners are all wonderful, where you're really made to feel extremely welcome.
"An icon returns... " Read full review on TripAdvisor   2/23/2012 Vote
6. There's a new spa and gym, both state of the art; although the gym could offer several sizes of Swiss ball, and also make sure there are plenty of clean headsets.
"An icon returns... " Read full review on TripAdvisor   2/23/2012 Vote
7. The newly styled interiors are superb, with beautiful and thoughtful design features providing elegant, modern luxury.

9. If money is no object try one of the new canyon view suites which looked fabulous but really any room here is worth a stay if only to say you have been.
