1. I never got to grips with when the bar was busy during my 6 day stay - I'm sure it's very nice but wasn't appealing to me at the times I went there in the early evening.

4. While I missed the traditional decor of days gone by, the hotel was badly in need of refurbishment and has done so very nicely.

5. I do think it would be nice if there were fresh flowers in each of the rooms, perhaps orchid plants, which would really warm up the spaces a bit and be in harmony with the elegant surroundings.

8. The staff are excellent, Maria at the Front Desk, Bell Man, Valet and the Pool Staff were exceptional and genuine people and so incredibly nice.
