1. now it's teeming with cool boutiques, bars, delicious food, and is just a vibrant, cool place to hang out, everything within walking distance, and should eventually turn into more of a walking/strolling area without being a spectacle like Citywalk, etc.

2. We have yet to try the hotel's breakfast buffet, but the 'Take 5' cafe in the lobby offers a fine continental breakfast with yogurt and delicious croissants.

3. The Tamon restaurant is run by the same company that owns Daikokuya and Ebisu here in J-Town and elsewhere, so I suspect it's delicious.
