1. The only reason I am not giving this hotel more of a higher rating is that the bed is quite firm and I prefer more of an equal firm to soft ratio.

10. The only possible explanation in their defense I can think of is a cultural difference between the mostly Japanese staff and us? In my defense, n LA I believe it is reasonable to expect that the 'same rate' should have included the same or equal room and breakfast.
