1. The rest of the staff, including the front desk, valet, and concierge, heck even the housekeeper, were very helpful and friendly.

8. Everyone at the hotel is friendly and helpful, the neighborhood offers many excellent restaurants and interesting shops, and the location, just off downtown Los Angeles (yes, LA does have a downtown), is convenient to almost everything via light rail Metro.
