1. So, for me, I would rather stay in a place where I am treated well, than to have a beautiful room and crappy service.

They have a beautiful Garden area with an outdoor swimming pool (only thing with this is it faces the roadside, so it tends to get quite a bit of traffic noise) As the hotel is centrally located in the Wilshire Center business district, we found that it was a prime location for the business, corporate, and government types rather than the typical tourist type.
