1. After being requested to be relocated to a second room, the following problems were noticed:-AC unit was not blowing out cigarette odor BUT it was not able to cool the room either.

3. It had only on or off, and hi / low, and put out slight heat in the AM hours and cool air in the pm hours, not able to adjust.

4. The lobby staff honored that and we got a room on the 12th floor with a view of Hollywood sign and area which was pretty cool.

9. bussines center is cool but not free print for each a4 is 0,5 usd min 3 usd Valet park is 20 usd and dont forget plus tip to vale at check out because they are looking like an italian mafia ::)))).
