2. There is a shuttle to the parks but we rove and its very close to all parks as well as close to a host of family restaurants and 2 of the best shopping malls in Orlando.

5. If a company is going to offer a best price guarantee or your first night is free - then why aggravate your guests when they request it for legitimate reasons?.

6. com - supposedly a special rate - and the holiday inn website had a best price guarantee - find it elsewhere for less and your first night is free - well I found it on trip advisor for $119 per night - that's less than $139 isn't it? I was transferred from person to person to person - and they came up with every excuse to not honor their best price guarantee.

8. I worried about staying here because I have never stayed at a Holiday Inn Resort and many of the Hotels around Disney are not the best I have stayed at, but I was completely and pleasantly surprised.
