1. Surely this could have been posted under the door, instead of scaring us?I am still awaiting a response to my written note of complaint, several days on.

6. There is also a concierge, a small electronics store and a Dollar Rent a Car officeStaffDidn't needed the staff very much, but the feel times I needed they were very helpful and fast on their response, specially Jessica, Sol and Danny.

9. Negatives:- Terrible WiFi- Mediocre response to repair/maintenance issues- Cab company partners are horrible -- almost made us miss our flight back- Park shuttle schedule rather limited and inconvenient.
