5. We stayed here for the new England vacation period from 4/16 to 4/20.

6. The room was quiet but we did stay over on new years eve and brought in the new year there, there was some noises outside our room and a lot of people moving about outside, but it quieted down quickly and we fell asleep at about 1am and woke up about 12 noon (we love our sleep.

7. They ask you for $30 to get on a bus, which takes you on a tour of their new timeshare condos, which they're selling for $40,000.
