3. Check out was easy enough, and I ate at the adjoining Applebees for breakfast--the food was nice enough (they have a buffet, and I think kiddos eat free, but I ordered off the menu to be cheaper) but I don't think my waitress cared too much about my being there.

7. While I am aware of the convenience store located in your lobby, and also the cheaper convenience store(s) adjacent to your parking lot, I just feel having these basic, working necessities within feet of your rooms is common courtesy.

8. With so many other dining options in such a close proximity to your hotel, Has management done anything to better this issue so the guests are not 'forced' off site for a cheaper, higher quality meal? The hotel is paying to keep a kitchen open and staffed.
