2. front desk polite and friendly food and drink good and well priced the room we had was on the 8th floor 824 great views very clean and well maintained cleaned top to bottom every day location was handy for the metro just 4 blocks down buses 1 block away which would take you to santa monica and the hop on hop off bus across the road all in all good location quiet but not out in the sticks.

3. My co-worker was checking email this morning in his room with the do-not-disturb sign clearly hanging outside on the doorknob.

4. The club room is a nice place to work on your computer and the food is decent however they have three flat screens in the room and this morning (Sunday) at 6:45am) all three TV's were blasting away and so loud we chose instead to go downstairs to pay for our breakfast than eat in the cub room.

A , its still has easy metro connections close buy, i requested a high room and actually got the penthouse floor!right at the top , the room had extras being on the top floor like robes and a safe unlike the other rooms, and the views were amazing as we faced the back, was a very comfortable stay, very clean , quiet .

Later that day I came back to the room (still queaky door) and decided to have a sleep I put do not disturb sign on the door about one hour later I was awoken by the phone it was receptionist to tell me engineer was at the door to fix squeaks (it goes on I kid you not ) I rang to speak to general manager to complain I got man named cris I asked if I could speak with him (he did not offer to come up to me) he said he was in reception so I told him I would be right down, when I got to reception I was told he was on the phone after waiting a few minutes he came out and introduced himself and got my name wrong ( I only talked to five minutes before and I got his name right) .
