1. I understand they are going green but having pump soap dispensers in the shower (instead of the typical small one use bottles) felt a little ghetto.
"Pretty Average Kimpton Property " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/31/2012 Vote
2. The negatives: no coffee maker in the room, no clue in the room as to how to open the mini-bar (you're supposed to know that you should go down to the front desk and ask for the key), the bathroom is small and not 'luxe,' the water pressure in the shower is low, it is hard to make fine adjustments to the temperature in the shower, and in my room at least the knob for the shower was stuck and I had to have someone from the front desk come up and turn it on.
"Different, fun " Read full review on TripAdvisor   2/2/2012 Vote
3. bits of pink mold around edge of shower, mysterious splats and drips of grime on bathroom doors/walls, no liners in trashcans so you could see the residue of all the trash of all previous occupants- noisy.
"Great service, but not much else to write home about... " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/5/2010 Vote
4. Despite the fact that the hotel had been sold out the night before, the folks at the desk made sure I had a room to check into and a place to take a shower and start my day.
"Great scene, great value, great location, great, great, great " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/6/2012 Vote
5. Bathrooms are for taking showers and doing your business.
"Great scene, great value, great location, great, great, great " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/6/2012 Vote
6. The front desk wasn't too helpful (no direction as to how to get to the upper floors, confusing because the first elevator you come to isn't accessible, erroneous instructions over the phone as to how to turn on the shower, no instruction as to mini-bar as mentioned).
"Different, fun " Read full review on TripAdvisor   2/2/2012 Vote
7. We did have a minor snag, when the hot water to the shower went out while we were attempting to get ready to check out.
"Loved it, from start to finish! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/10/2012 Vote
8. My only complaint is that the bathroom is a little small and the sink is a little too IKEA, a white sink with a regulat hot cold faucet would have sufficed, however it did have a heating bulb for when you get out of the shower.
"and your little dog too! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   11/28/2011 Vote
9. -Had to take a freezing cold shower one of the mornings - something had broken and there was no available hot water.
"Horrendous Experience " Read full review on TripAdvisor   11/7/2011 Vote
10. The bathroom wasn't particularly clean and the shower curtain had something that appeared to be cake frosting smeared all over it.
"Stay at one of Kimpton's other offerings in the area... " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/8/2011 Vote
