Positives- Check in was swift and done at the bar with a refreshing cocktail- Rooms are immaculate and furniture is chic and music is played when you first enter the room- Free Wif for guests- Great location and easy access to restaurants nearby - Car Valet was quick and friendly- Informative and friendly concierge Negatives- Bathroom is very small for 2 people and there was no bath- There are only 2 lifts to service the entire hotel, therefore expect long waits - Walls are thin and you can easily hear other guests.

4. My 8-yr-old daughter and I arrived at 10am on March 10, and because of the excellent service we received the last time we were there, I knew there would be no problem with arriving at the hotel early and asking them to store our bags till check-in.

5. Check in with a Bellini, house car to use within a 3 mile radius and late check out, they did everything to help us.

6. Instead of the boring reception check in you sit down at the bar, order the classic Bellini and wait for all the work to be done for you.

7. Mini gripes mostly associated w/ new hotel growing pains - our room wasn't ready at 3pm check-in, wireless internet runs the speed of dial-up, no #'s on the telephones, simple computer paper printed menu, no mini-bar price list, & no specified hotel concierge are all side complaints.
