1. The concierge desk is manned by Kimberly, a beautiful and trendy British gal who knows just where everything is and is happening.

3. There is a surprising (but most welcome) lack of pretence here - from the subtly grand entrance & the efficient valets waiting to greet you; to the bar & waiting staff; the reception staff & the exceptional concierge.

Otherwise the hotel was wonderful, and the concierge Kimberly literally planned and booked this entire trip from restaurants to tickets to cirque de soleil, To surf lessons for my daughter, and the itinerary for touring Malibu and Santa Monica as well as The Paramount Studio tour and universal studios tour as well as arranging a rental car.

Positives- Check in was swift and done at the bar with a refreshing cocktail- Rooms are immaculate and furniture is chic and music is played when you first enter the room- Free Wif for guests- Great location and easy access to restaurants nearby - Car Valet was quick and friendly- Informative and friendly concierge Negatives- Bathroom is very small for 2 people and there was no bath- There are only 2 lifts to service the entire hotel, therefore expect long waits - Walls are thin and you can easily hear other guests.

9. The hotel is wonderful you can't beat the location Really close to rodeo drive but in an quiet neighborhood in Beverly hills Everybody is very professional and nice - great concierge ( Salomon ) Would stay again .
