1. You are greeted in the valet area at your car and whisked away to the long, sleek marble bar in the lobby for a seat and a complimentary Bellini (this is a Cipriani hotel after all).

2. On arrival into the smart grounds we were immeidately greeted and invited in to the hotel lobby which is actually like steping into a bar / lounge.

3. The lobby has a nice area off to the side where people in your party can sit and relax while waiting for you to check in.

4. There is free internet in the lobby and there is a time out session on it but apparently nobody seems to care because when my daughter and I were there, we wanted to use to internet to search for somethings and the same kids were always on it.

5. They took our bags to storage while we enjoyed Bellinis (a virgin Bellini for my daughter!) at the lobby bar (where the bartender was very personable) and got checked in.
