4. Mini gripes mostly associated w/ new hotel growing pains - our room wasn't ready at 3pm check-in, wireless internet runs the speed of dial-up, no #'s on the telephones, simple computer paper printed menu, no mini-bar price list, & no specified hotel concierge are all side complaints.
