1. Valet parking is very great service but quite expensive: $35/night.

2. You need a good 20mn walk too get to Rodeo Drive shopping street, but the hotel offers a complementary car and driver service from 10am to 10pm, within 5 miles area from the hotel, which is quite convenient.

3. Outstanding Services: Valet Parking; Concierge (Solomon); Bellman (Brian); Barman (Tyler); hotel car driver (Angel); etc. Very nice rooms with a very relaxing white color furniture feeling like in movie studios.

9. My 8-yr-old daughter and I arrived at 10am on March 10, and because of the excellent service we received the last time we were there, I knew there would be no problem with arriving at the hotel early and asking them to store our bags till check-in.
