The owners included simple but much appreciated things like beach towels, beach chairs, snorkeling equipment etc. The unit also had a very well equipped kitchen and their was a great deli/store on the main floor (prices were high but not really much higher than anywhere else we bought food at on the island).

3. There were ample bath towels and beach towels as well as snorkeling gear, beach chair, umbrella and a boogie board to use.

4. Did not know that if we would have rented directly with the Mana Kai, we could have had beach towel service which would have been nice to have.

7. The only downside I found was that groups of people were reserving all the lounge chairs early in the morning with their towels.

8. When I checked in with AAOceanfront, they had said we would receive clean linens, etc. The maids simply flipped the top sheets on the beds (top to bottom), and seemed to fold the dirty towels.
