1. There are lots of birds chirping and even roosters crowing in the AM, not to mention traffic, lawn mowers, etc. Also, I was thrilled that there was free WIFI in the room .

2. Also, the unit does not have a dedicated wireless router (that I could find), but it wasn't a problem because the restaurant which is only two floors below had a network that we used.
