2. I asked about parking but he didnt tell me what I needed to do, just figured it out myself I did get a 5pm check out whichh was perfect for us as we had a late flight.

3. My booking had of course been cancelled by that time, but the gentleman at the check in desk found me a room and offered me late check out (2pm) which I was greatful for as I thought I'd sleep most of the morning.
