6. The porters were very friendly and helpful, but the information staff didnt seem to know a great deal (for exmaple, I wondered about inline skating, but he didnt know where to hire them from).

7. We had booked direct with hotel (best rates I could find) and took the 'trading places' deal which upgrades the room to ocean view (well worth doing in my opnion for the views) and also give free beach chair use (which we didn't use anyway) & continental breakfast.

9. However, this was in January and if it had been summer, we would definitely have had to make a bigger deal out of this (either switch rooms or have them replace it, which may or may not have been a big deal).

10. Most of all, despite the rooms being between $150 and $200 depending on the deal you get, it feels really upscale.
