Our stay did not start well- on our arrival we were told we had a kingsize bed, instead of twin beds- the manager told us Virgin (who we'd booked with) had requested a 'standard room' for us, which meant a kingsize bed (I have since spoken to Virgin about this, and they stated a standard room does mean twin beds).

5. I had one small problem, and the front desk clerk voluntarily called the hotel's manager AT HOME at 11:15 p.m. so I could speak with him.

6. We received the most friendly, charming and professional service from Lian (who organized our luggage), Sheldon (manager of Quinns) and front desk (managed by Demetrius) and will certainly be looking forward to a return visit whenever possible.

8. Although during conversation with a manager they are planning to paint etc. The rooms were fine - we had an Ocean View - it was terrific - lots of cafes and bars near hotel - don't need a car can walk to quite a lot of places including Lincoln Road where there are more cafes and bars.
