1. One note, the 'kitchennette' was a sink, counter, cabinets, coffee maker, minibar fridge (we had to empty out thier stuff, which the maid said was ok) and toaster.

4. Our room was decent (2 double beds); beds very comfortable, rooms smallish (but most in SoBe are), flat screen HDTV, minibar.
